Hi, I purchased a brand new Konica Minolta printer magicolor 1600W from adorama.com. It arrived to me as broken, and would not print the colors as expected. My understanding, as a retailer, adorama.com is responsible for customer service, but they refused straightly. They left me to deal with manufacturer. I recently purchased both a Router and Circular saw and the user manual is absolutely aweful an frankly useless. I tried to find them on the net in order to correspond that way for detailed instruction but could not find them - at least not anyone dealing with power tools. I purchased an Emachines Laptop at Sam's Club in May of 2009. In April of 2010 the screen stopped working. I called Sam's Club and a very helpful technician diagnosed the problem as a defective video card which is part of the motherboard. The Sam's Club tech contacted EMachines since it was still in warranty. Emachines advised me to send the laptop to their repair center in Texas.
