I bought 2 used laptops from them that equaled up to 5o0.00. One laptop overheated to where you were unable to touch or hold it while the other one had trouble with the mousepad and several buttons not working. I went in about 4 times and they were so rude. I understand that they don't refund but they can at least honor the warranty. They tried to give me two old computers that they had in the back that had the same problem.These people are rude, dishonest and they do not stand by the customers. Please do not buy from them. I purchased a Sahara Laptop in may 2008. This Laptop is barely out of warranty and now has problems with its USB ports - the PC freezes when any device is inserted into any of the 3 USB ports. The technician at Sahara told me that they receive many machines with this fault which requires the mother board to be replaced. I worked voluntary for Poole Recycle, which collects and recycles unwanted household items. I was asked to electrically test and repair electrical items such as slow tabletop cookers, tv's and radios. I am not a qualified electrician, and neither was the other person doing it on my days off. In summary: tech support gives an extremely lackluster, uncaring response that offers no help nor no paths to get help. Technical problems with their website combined with their refusal to allow email replies prevent any sort of meaningful communication without me starting a new ticket from scratch, which I am loathe to do after seeing the effort spent on the first response I got. Bought a brand new HP printer from officemax store. Never started working. Just keep showing Out of paper message, inspite of all steps per the guide / online support. Took 3 reminder followup to get to know that there could be one of the step needed. processed 4 hrs of steps thro online support agent and reinstalled the printer - done by agent. My HP Plasma 42 Inch TV has sound but no picture. It has problem from day one. I called HP and they sent technician twice. Third time I wanted them to replace TV, they replaced some board. It worked fine for EXACTLY 44 months. I hardly used this TV. We got it for close to 1500$ from best buy. Now when my kids were watching dora, picture died but voice is ok.
