I had a digital camera and was having trouble getting the mini CD to load the software. I call the 877 number on the CD. The technicial support rep asked me for the serial number on the CD. They sent me a link for the software. I noticed the serial number was off by one number. They assured me it was the correct driver for my camera. This grill caught fire behind control panel where the control valves are located destroying all of the ignitor wires. If I had not been standing next to this grill it would have burned out of control. It was about 3 weeks past the warranty expiration. My XBox has the RROD fault, this is a known fault by Microsoft. So I logged the call with Microsoft and they confirm the unit is still under warranty and they put this in the call. One laptop overheated to where you were unable to touch or hold it while the other one had trouble with the mousepad and several buttons not working. I went in about 4 times and they were so rude.
