I purchased a blu ray player from Sony and come to find out, it does not play all blu ray movies unless you buy extra equipment. Apparently BD live requires the use of an external flash drive. According to invoice date of 8/26/2010 Order No. 100826-964438 Customer No. 761327 I purchased a toner cartridge (Product COM106) for my Canon MF6540 copier. Installed a few days ago, it worked fine for approximately 500 copies and then began dumping toner making about half the copie page black. I had a digital camera and was having trouble getting the mini CD to load the software. I call the 877 number on the CD. The technicial support rep asked me for the serial number on the CD. They sent me a link for the software. I noticed the serial number was off by one number. They assured me it was the correct driver for my camera. My XBox has the RROD fault, this is a known fault by Microsoft. So I logged the call with Microsoft and they confirm the unit is still under warranty and they put this in the call. I ordered an electronics camera and was told that it shipped USPS First Class Mail. This, according to the website should ship the same day with a expected receiving date of 3-5 business days. Three weeks later and after numerous calls I still have not received the original item and was just told today that they are shipping another one.
