Ordered 5 HTC HD2 cellphones from these guys on Alibaba, paid money by TT received nothing. Received a track and trace number for EMS which travelled over China then got delivered to Israel, I suspect this same number was given to other people as a delay tactic to buy some time before negative feedback hit the web. Warning this company will disappear of Alibaba soon and pop up under a different name so do not trust any of them. Similiar fraud operations also exist on Trade-Key. We were paying $61.36 a month for Sprint thumbdrive/ internet access since December 2008. Then July 2009 they start charging outrageous fees for going over "your account spending limit." They only give 5 mgbt and charge you way more than double if you use 10 mgbt for example. I don't know what I do each day that generates what mgbt so how can I believe what they say is true?? I advised the representative that the tv would cut on, and a second later would shut off. The tv's standby button was flashing red. I ordered an replacement AC Adapter for my Dell Ispiron 5100 laptop from batteries-buy.com on Friday 13th November, and when it arrived on 5th December it did not have the correct Dell plug, just a round one. I should have received an adapter to convert the round plug to the square Dell. I live in an area advertised as having 4G coverage. The degrading signal(s) resulted in chronic signal loss (for me). I was not able to stay "online" for more than 2 or 3 minutes at a time - then required to reboot modem, and attempt to get back online - what a hassle. The Notebook computer I used was running Win7 and is state of the art. Now I too have the hassles of returing items, hours on the phone trying to cancel/get credit. I sent the cartridges back USPS, after two weeks of not hearing from them, I called them and they told me they never got the return. We purchased a MayTag Epic Z front loader washing machine in October, 2008, from Gray's Appliance in Melrose, MA. In November, 2009, the machine broke. On December 23, 2009, Gray's came to service the machine and ordered parts. It needs a counterweight, bellows and pump. Well the parts are still on back order and maybe they will be in the 1st week of February. We had owned a MayTag Neptune before buying this one. We will never buy a MayTag again. This is a dangerous product. We purchased this product approx. 2 years ago, but did not use it much. However, now that we are using it the product get excessively hot. I have pictures of actual burns on my legs from where I have had the lap top on my legs after falling asleep for 15 minutes. What good is a lap-top that can't be used on your lap.
