I purchased an e-machine from Wal-Mart, which is a rebadged Acer. The box, and computer appeared in perfect shape, so I wrapped it and put in under the tree for my wife. I ordered a MP3 player from Zetronix Corp in Massachusetts in August of this year. The player worked fine but when I was traveling the SD card slot on the player stopped working. I bought their V2 Premier computer off of ShopNBC and have had nothing but trouble with it. They will not stand behind their product at all and now I can't even download the drivers I need to update my computer. It is a piece of junk that cost twice as much as a regular computer would cost. I purchased a battery which was incorrectly advertised on the website of West Coast Power as being a replacement for battery model EV12. This is not true as the battery I received was a 6-cell battery, not a 12-cell as the EV12 is.
