Got the TomTom for Christmas. Went on a trip last week and tried to use it for the first time. Purchased a BlackBerry Bold 9700 Plated 24K Gold from them for $1200, got the device the first time and it looked horrible. The Blackberry looked like if it was painted with a brush and not plated. AKAI Tv did not come on. Service came to diagnose the problem. Tapped on the inside of the tv. It came on then the service man asked if we wanted to proceed, and stated he would not put any money into this tv. Then requested the service call fee in cash only. No workorder, no receipt, nothing. This camera will not format the added memory SD card. Repeated calls to Norcent and Voice Mails asking for support have been ignored for over a month. Can't say I didn't try, and try, and try. Their web site support page is 'Under Construction' and there are no updates posted for this camera to fix the bug. It will only take 8 pics at the lowest setting of 3M using the internal memory. I thought I was purchasing a good computer from a reputable company. I liked the larger screen and the keypad on the keyboard. Problem is/was, that Windows Vista 64 is not a very good .. check that .. is in fact a VERY BAD operating system. I purchased Windows 7 after having to reinstall Vista several times and going through multiple blue screens of death along with many driver updates and Windows updates. Warrantee service contract says they will repair or replace within 3 years my Sharp Aquos 32" 1080p TV. The repair for it is too much to fix, so they tried to replace it with a RCA 32" 720P cheapo tv. Then they offered an LG 32" 1080p with inferior picture quality. ine was a top of the line high quality LCD TV. They want me to accept a Low quality $420 piece of junk in exchange for a unit that costs $800 on todays market - it was $1150 back then - and I paid an additional $300 for the warrantee! read full review »

Machine will make shavings in one direction but coming back the other direction hardly makes any shavings at all. Newman has worked on these machines several times but they can't get them to work properly either. We finally gave up and didn't allow them back into our plant. We bought these machines new.
