There is water leakage when machine drains out water. The drain pipe is cracked at many places hence leakage takes place and water flows out on the ground.The service centre (local in Roorkee) say that they are not able to arrange fresh drain pipe and machine is lying idle for the last one month and a lot of money is being spent in repeated phone calls.Please send a drain pipe soon so that atleast we can use machine during peak winters in Roorkee. I bought a Logitech QuickCam Pro 5000 less than 2 years ago. The product is still being sold. I upgraded my computer operating system to Windows 7. The QuickCam drivers and software would not install as it was blocked due to a compatiability issue. I contacted Logitech and they will not support the verision of QuickCam Pro 5000 that I have but there is another version of the same product that might work. I bought a Sony W595i on contract from Orange. During guarantee it failed to work and I sent it to Sony for repair. Sony could not repair it and sent me a reconditioned phone. This worked for one day and I sent it back, to be told that the LCD was broken and it was not under guarantee. I am trying to tell them that this is not my phone and it must have already been broken.
