Purchased Skullcandy ear buds for my son. He used them for less than a month, one of the ear buds melfuntioned, no sound. My espresso machine broke in May 2009. We shipped it to this company in July 2009 ($80 shipping) for repair. We were charged $153.70 for repair and when the machine was returned to us, it still had the same problems. In addition, a piece of the hardware broke off in shipping. I just want to voice a concern regarding this company. I recently purchased a PC from them that did not work. I paid good money for it and they were willing to try to fix it...unfortunately, they did not. I took the PC across town to them to fix it, which they told me they did. I now have to return it again, after spending countless hours trying to fix it over the phone and paying my employees to return it to them.
