We had a promise to replace or fix my daughters brand new itouch, it was sent back unreplaced/and or unrepaired because the techinican forgot to put the special coding in the proper place. Poor customer service, very rude at times and they don't care about there clients when we need help at times, I find them not helpful at all when you need some advise or or help, Sprint was probally the worst choice in making a 2 year agreement with them in a cell phone deal. I purchased the i765 CD/Radio/DVD player just over one year ago. The CD player no longer works, and after following the company's instructions to "reset" the CD player, it will not play CD's. According to the company I would need to spend a bench fee of $75 plus S&H to get it fixed. That would amount to about $100 - far more than this inferior product is worth. Warning to anyone who is considering purchasing this product: it may appear to be a nice package at a reasonable price but it is not. A group called Computer Service Center is passing themselves off as tech support for Linksys. If you call 800 number directory assistance, they will give you their number as tech support for Linksys...well, they're not. They charge a crazy fee, $3.50 per hour, and then charge you $105 before you talk to one of the so-called techs...who aren't much help. Don't be fooled. They are thieves. Purchased a Panasonic Inverter Microwave 1250 W a year ago and the piece of crap died three days ago. H97 error - microwave motor died. Will start then die.
