We would like to complain about this company, Certegy. Today we had a fellow David from the Geek Squad come out to fix our computer. When he was finished we asked him if he took checks and his answer was YES also major credit cards. We wrote out a check as he said, making the payment to BEST BUY with my license number and DOB. Entered into contract to purchased a new desktop computer in July 2009. Paid $99 Activation Fee and then payments were debited to my account every Friday for $47.99. Van Heusen opened a new store in my area; went there, purchased over $100 merchandise; rec'd $10 promotional coupon.Went to use it and was told another purchase had to be made first in order to use it.Computer register doesn't rec.this type of coupon.Seems like double talk and Penney's will be my store now since they accept all of their own coupons w/out double purchases. Crayton electroncis sold me a brocken cellphone, and when I asked to send it back for a refund they chared me a 15% restocking fee. I paid for a rush shipment, now I have to pay to return the broken phone, and they will charge me a 15% restocking fee. I will spend as much on shipping fee as I will get in credit. This is not good business. Please reconsider before doing business with Crayton Electroncis. I recently {11/2} had an auto-renewal for trendmicro security and told I was being upgraded. Before upgrade I could designate Spam and it would automatically be transferred from Inbox to Spam box. Now almost all spam remains in Inbox even after it is designated as spam. I haveto then manually designate and move the spam to remove it from the inbox. There is no memory of designated spam and I have to remove it over and over daily, manually. This to me is not a satisfactory upgrade !! Is this a malfunction? Is it correctable?? I bought my Roomba as a gift to myself for my birthday in March 2009. By June 2009 the product was useless. I tried to clean it as instructed, changed the brushes etc and the thing would still not work poperly. I sent emails to customer service at iRobot numerous times with no response. I purchased a Gateway desktop from HSN. On air, the host said that there is an exclusive technical support number for HSN customers. When i received the computer, set it up, no problems until it went into, what i thought, was a hibernation mode. I was very hapy initially because he gave me 6 months GUARANTEE (I have the bill with details mentioned) and gave home delivery for that. However, I was mistaken. I recently found a charge for "Norton Annual Renewal" on my Visa statement. The phone number 877-294-5265 is, I believe, a scam and will put you on hold indefinitely. I stayed on the line for over 30 minutes to see. I called Symantec who makes this product and they verified that they have NOT made any charges to my account.
