HP Customer Relations Management I sent my new laptop computer in to fix a problem with the cooling fan and am now being asked to pay $300 to repair damage that clearly happened in transit to HP Repair Center or in their facility. HP has no system in place to deal with customer complaints and have made it very difficult if not impossible to reach a supervisor or anyone in authority that can help resolve a dispute. I bought this HP Mini in 08/2009 and it is now 11/2009. Since then, the Realtek Card Reader hardware program has mysteriously disappeared. It functioned when I first used the HP. I've been through so much with the HP support people and have asked if I might send it back since it's still under warrenty, but they continue to have me do the same progam retrieval processess over and over.
