Beware of ordering from this company over the internet. They estimate that lights will ship in approximately 2-3 weeks, quite a long time. But I ordered a light from them with no special handpainting or anything and 5 weeks later, no light. No emails letting me know what was going on. And now they tell me the shade is not 'in stock' (how does the phrase apply when you contend that the lights are made in Portland?). Do not try to have any printers repaired at Dodd's Camera. They will be unable to fix the printer. Dodd's miss quoted cost repair estimate and I had to turn around and return to the store to pay the remaining balance before I could recieve the repair estimate. Acorn Stairlifts will send a "Surveyor" out to your home and charge you $4, 500 for a new Acorn Superglide including installation.
