Withing warranty and the control key is gone despite normal use. They say it is not covered warranty. The local service provider HCL were to replace the keyboard at price - it is over two months and there is no sign of keyboard or information on that. Using the laptop with 'control' key feels like having a girlfriend without a tooth! Wonder if writing this would help - there is no way of getting to Toshiba. Absolutely no way. I have had a Magtag Neptune washer since 1999. First I had to pay $365 to replace a circuit on the board because the door would not lock or allow the spinning of tub about 3 years ago. HP Customer Relations Management I sent my new laptop computer in to fix a problem with the cooling fan and am now being asked to pay $300 to repair damage that clearly happened in transit to HP Repair Center or in their facility. HP has no system in place to deal with customer complaints and have made it very difficult if not impossible to reach a supervisor or anyone in authority that can help resolve a dispute. Well I sent everything necessary to get this full price and then after they receive my equipment they claim things were missing and the quality was not correct and reduce your price. I bought this HP Mini in 08/2009 and it is now 11/2009. Since then, the Realtek Card Reader hardware program has mysteriously disappeared. It functioned when I first used the HP. I've been through so much with the HP support people and have asked if I might send it back since it's still under warrenty, but they continue to have me do the same progam retrieval processess over and over. In addition, one of the keys on the keyboard popped off.
