In December of 2008 I bought my husband a Nucool compact refrigerator. This is used to keep his insulin within reach for him. About three weeks ago it stopped cooling. I bought a RO system from Eureka Forbes 2 years back. Almost monthly it is getting into problems. They give a new reason every time. They forced me to accept an AMC, but never bother to turn up for service. Whenever a problem arises, they quote exclusion clauses everytime and charge.
