I bought Navman S 45 GOS from Harvey Norman on 2nd of May 2009. Some functions were not working when we used it 2 days after. We took it back to Harvey Norman and spoke to CSR. Purchased two 19" TVs with DVD players December 20, 2008. Both TVs went DEAD within the same weekend, almost a year to the date when we bought them. Can't find a legitimate customer service number to call anyone, and Target will not have ANYTHING to do with this faulty issue. Every website online that we could find for TruTec was COMPLAINTS on them dying within two years or less. Even with a lower priced electronic, this is unacceptable. I bought a Netgear FA120 wired USB network adapter in January 2006. It had a 5 year warranty... which would cover it through January 2011. It functioned perfectly until a month ago, so I called Netgear Customer Support to get an RMA. I was informed that they no longer support the device and that they did not have a suitable replacement, and could do NOTHING for me. Basically the five year warranty is USELESS! We had purchased Fujitsu Laptops in June '08 & Sept '08. Both the laptops had the same problem. Monitor (screen) start flickering as soon as it is put on. So these laptops were send to Redington India Ltd.- Fujitsu Service Centre in Andheri for repair on 5th Nov'09 and 14th Nov'09 respectively. Till now the laptops has been repaired. A lot of their products come out of Hong Kong and there is no way to track where your product is or when it will arrive. The person(s) answering the phone are no help either. If you do decide to order from them, be assured that your product will take at least 3 weeks to arrive (if it does at all). The Mgr (possible owner) is Gary. This is such a poor product of windows .I dont think its fair that I have to buya windows 7 upgrade to the tune of about 100.00 or more because you sold a inferior product Called Windows Vista ) which locks up and has to be completely formatted to make work again. You obviosly stated windows vista before you got bugs out, and windows XP still is superior to nvista by a long shot . I have had the usual problems with TomTom e.g pay for extra services and can't load them, wrong navigation, appalling support. My idea was to put a review on Amazon. You only need an Amazon account.
