They sell us a Blacberry 8310 as a better option than the Blacberry 9630 that we were asking for. They use their technical knowledge to ambush their clients. They sell us an 8310 at a higher price (U$S 550) than they were asking for the 9630 (499). I bought a vacum from a sales man back in 2005-2006 i moved and misplaced my papers, i figured ok just go on internet and get a number to the company, all i can find is places that sell the parts. I was told the hose and other parts had a life time warrenty all i am finding is you have to buy this part and that part. This is rediculas i recommend to any one not to buy a tri star vaccum. A spot appeared on my 24 inch LCD monitor, about a thumb sized spot of dead pixels in the center of the screen. Called Samsung customer service. They sent me a ups label to ship it to a company called Amcotron. Drive does not show icon on desktop to communicate with. Drive has stopped receiving backups from Time Machine (Mac). The unit makes noise while turned off so I have to disconnect it from the elect receptacle. I have an external HD 320 gig that I purchased recently. I was using it to "Back-Up" extremely important files. I had a catastrophic HD failure of my laptop, so I replaced the HD and restored the OS.
