Webroot Antivirus with Antispyware virus program is a 45 dollar rip off. After numerous tries to download thier update, because the version I paid for won't protect me on malware, I am fed up. It takes two hours to supposedly download the new update with the same results NOTHING. Telus is the worst, most poorly equipped phone company. Not only they don't have the latest and greatest but their stupid phones all have changed menus to their incredibly ugly telus menu icons, they just could not be worse. I payed for a motherboard for a computer I was building from computerwebstore (recommended by google.) After waiting nearly two weeks I had still not received it nor any explanation as to why. So I decided to drop them an email. After hearing no reply I decided to do a bit of research into the company, only to find hundreds of people who have had issues with this company. Last summer I changed via ("phones 4U") my mobile phone provider from vodafone to 02. I was getting a deal - 600 minuntes & 500 text msg for £35 per month. This fraudulent company has been calling me trying to get me to sign an order confirmation for toner refill at the cost of $619.00. They start off by saying how the price on toner went up, but since I was never notified they will give me the toner at the original price. Then they fax an order confirmation to be signed. Ordered a battery via the internet on the 27/1/2009, after a week sent an email to them asking where was it. Receieved a reply saying awaiting deliveries from China W/c 2 March 2009. My Dell laptop was only 5 months old. The keyboard was malfunctioning, I was getting frequent blue screens which lead to hours and hours of system restores and my DVD drive stopped recognizing disks. I returned it to Best Buy since this is where I bought it. Geek Squad told me they could ship it to Dell where I would be without my work laptop for 7-8 weeks or I could give them $130 and they would return it to me in 4-6 days repaired. When I called, the rep wanted me to pay $150 for starter kit accessories listed, which were listed as "INCLUDED ACCESSORIES" on their website.
