The service at the Musgrave store totally sucks. The staff are unqualified, ignorant, unprofessional and lazy. They never EVER seem to answer the phones and neither do they follow up on anything. I had to wait TWO weeks to get an answer for my contract when i was told two DAYS. I purchased a HP mini netbook from the HH Gregg in Chattanooga Tennessee at Shallowford Rd. Having only had it 5 weeks the screen suddenly kept going in and out.
