Palomar associates
zeigsells May 17, 2009
I have told Palomar/Duvera several times that Guaranteed Consumer Funding owes me money and stop sending me collection notice's. I called and sent proof the dump supervisor doesn't even understand. They have even put this on my credit report. This company particapates with other scamming companies Like Guaranteed Consumer Funding. They both need to be shut down! read full review »

Big Pond 7.2 mobile card
Stephen Challinor May 17, 2009
When sold the Mobile card In Tasmania I asked if there is a Austraila wide warranty the salesperson said there was. I tried to install the mobile card on 2 different computers and it did not work. Plus where I am there is a very bad signal with telstra Next G. So I went in to Harvey Norman In Toowoomba and asked for the card to have a external antenna (this I have found out will work where I am here) the toowoomba store said that they will not change the card after much haggling with the person. I went outside to ring up Launceston Harvey... read full review »

Date: 16th May 2009 Vodacom's customer care is pathetic! Before I South Africa for the United States, I phoned Vodacom to try and activate my Roaming Services. I got about 3 different stories from the customer call centers and finally got told I needed to sms the letters "roamon" to the number 123 in order to activate sms roaming and to sms the letters "passport" to 123 in order to activate phone call roaming. I was told to do these two hours before leaving the country. It has now been a entire week from... read full review »

I ordered a Crystal Machine from Sublimagic. I was aware that their would be a 6 week wait which i duely waited but I still had not received anything on week 8. I was told it was despatched but DHL had seemingly lost it. They told me they couldn't get another machine in and that they would refund my monies into Paypal amounting to £189.98. I have telephonee but they keep on saying that it is being refunded. I originally purchased this on the 16th January, 2008 and to date still no refund. I paid by Paypal but I was out of time to protect myself since I had a six week wait in the first instance. Beware of this company. read full review »

Samsung /Plasma TV
misuarez May 15, 2009
We've been using our new 50" Samsung plasma TV for 5 weeks, all of the sudden while we're watching TV a loud noise comes out of it and a line starts appearing on the screen. It turned out to be a crack on the panel, but in the inside. The TV is not even mounted, we didn't touch it, didn't do anything to it and it's been sitting there for 5 weeks. A Tech sent by Samsung looked at it and specify to Samsung that there was no external damage, not a a scratch... NOTHING, still they refuse cover the TV becaused they say... read full review »

I set up automatic payments to come out of my account so that the bill would be a little cheaper for me, and I was told by one of the T-mobile representative that the automatic withdrawals would start next mounth around the 12th or13th of June, so I was ok with that and before I hung up with the REP., I confirm everything that he had told me and he repeated everything to him stating that the transaction will start next month (June).I said to the gentleman "ok I'll just pay this month(May) straight out my pocket", he stated... read full review »

In March, 2009, my third generation iPod that I've owned for about five years quit working. I sent it in to RH iPod Repair for a free diagnostic test. A week later, I was contacted via email by "Jason", asking me to call them in regards to the results of the testing. Apparently the logic board and battery were both faulty. Not surprising, given the age and daily use of my iPod. I authorized repairs, and was told that they were "a little backed up", and that my iPod would be returned to me in about a week. When I still... read full review »

We visited 192 camera.com on 5-15-09 to purchase a i-pod nano 4th generation. The salesmen took one out of the diplay case and grabbed a mp4 touch camera to compare for us. Never was I informed that I had to be a dealer to purchase the i-pod nano 4th generation at the same cost as Walmart, I asked and got no reply. During the purchase of the mp4 touch/camera I asked the cashier about the store warrenty, he espressed that if I was unhappy I could return this item to the store. Tri Star Vacuums
processoroftruth May 15, 2009
As an owner of a TriStar vacuum for seven years now, and having paid about $2500 for it originally in 2001 I feel that this product is one of the most over priced, poorly designed pieces of junk on the market. As a former technician with business equipment for 20 years I feel I have a very good understanding of what constitutes a good well designed piece of equipment and what constitutes a piece of junk. Tri-Star Vacuum cleaners fit squarely into the category of garbage. They probably have never tried to use their own designs before releasing... read full review »

Pagecomputer continues to charge creditcards without having the product instock, once again it happened on Dec.18, 2006 when they posted a HP c7180 printer for $290.30 on Pricegrabber. I've emailed them numerous of times to reinstate my creditcard, but the answer is; (in short words), they are working on it. On Jan. 19, 2007 I received an email from them that $290.30 would be issued to my charge account. Thirty days has passed since this transaction, and it is sill to be seen. NTI and Intelenet
Mark True May 14, 2009
Used to do my own backups, got 40 years experience in s/w development, and it make my gut sick when I have to deal with people supposedly providing s/w for you needs. This includes NTI, and Intelenet. Have sent minimum of 7-8 tech support emails to these (companies?) with not one response. Also have asked and filled out a form for getting my money back. Big mistake on my part (should tried trial versions), but even them don’t provide the functionality you want to test/research. Call me paranoid, but I will not even consider or recommend... read full review »

Cannon Power Shot Camera
perler May 14, 2009
After ordering the camera by phone I received one email from the company on April 3rd. I expected the camera in 2 weeks. When we didn't receive further notice from them I called. They were closed. I called a few days later and was told the camera was on back order. A total of seven weeks passed, no camera and no further contact. I called today during their "business hours" and they are "closed." Fortunately the credit card has not been billed and we will cancel the order. Like the other complaints, I did not accept their offers for additional products. read full review »

The design of all the four programs is almost identical; you can‘t even tell the difference just by taking a short glance at each of the tools. Reg Tool works in a similar way like its „relatives“. It offers optimizing system performance, deleting suspicious files and fixing registry errors for a certain fee. RegTool is able to perform none of these tasks. I am real ly frustrated with Virgin Mobile Canada. They do not provide online billing or any monthly statement and they always over charge on prepaid service. The following is from http://www.spywarevoid.com/remove-errorfix-error-fix-removal-guide.html ---- ErrorFix description ErrorFix presents itself as a registry repair tool.
