We purchased the RD4 for our 8 year old son per his birthday request, online from NDS Arcade. They shipped the product and we received it without the instructional CD and software needed to run the chip. NDS Arcade, doesn't have a contact phone number so you can only communicate through email. We have emailed for days, and we get no response. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON EXISTENT. The person that mailed the package said that she put a cell phone in the package before it was closed and processed to be sent out. I bought PDA E70-3 from Kintech for 236USD. It has TV, GPS, Windows CE operating System but none of the things are working. I contacted the company for support but they could not solve my problem. They have told me to send back the PDA for replacement. I is intimated that I have already paid more than 60 USD as transportation charges. If I send it back for replacement I will have to pay more than 120 USD which I cannot afford in any case. I can only be benifitted if they return the product and refund me. I purchased an LG Side-by-Side refrigerator on June 11, 2009 for Rs 102000 (approx US$ 2080). Till date the fridge has not made more than 4 cubes of ice per day. Company engineers have visted over 3/4 times to rectify the problem but have been unsuccessful. This company sells parts online for laptop computers, and also repairs laptops. I tried to place an order by phone using a bank ATM checking account card. The person taking the order said the bank declined the payment because the billing address did not match the billing address for the account, or some such. But it turned out the bank did process the transaction; the transaction does show up on my checking account. I received a warning that I had a 'trojan horse virus' and needed to update my security on my laptop. My laptop had recently been crashing o I thoght this was legit. The salesman looks around the house to convince you that he will rob your house if you don't buy his product. He may make a couple hinting gestures or comments about well if you don't buy it...
