I had purchased a G-700 sony ericsson phone in jan 2009 and found it faulty and given to the service center in chennai more than 4 times. The touchscreen being changed 2 times and software error found more than 2 times. inspite of my several calls to sony ericsson call center with complaint numbers they dont bother to make a replacement but only delay the matter. I paid $45.00 to back up my hard drive. They did not back up all the data on my hard drive. When I went back to them, they told me that it was my responsibility to tell them what I wanted backed up.
