I purchased a raid server from RaidKing/MacRaid because they said it would share files "out of the box" without Apple's XSAN software. They lied and I spent $10, 000 plus $2000 more to "try" FiberShare software that doesn't work for us. They said they won't take it back because nothing is "wrong" with it. Horrible experience! It's been 6 weeks and I have been sent the wrong projector lamp 2x! Once by their crappy website "tool" and once by their rep! I'm out $350 so far and no lamp or refund. This company was my middle layer for one of my project and worked through them for 2 years, he used to take highest cut/hr and on the top he is not paying me last 3 months payment.Also, in the same project he had one of his employee whom he did not pay few months as well.Couple of my friends already warned about him.Please stay away from this company. No way. Do not purchase your Point of Sale system from them. They will insist on you upgrading equipment unnecesarily and it costs way too much. I purchased this product in November and tried to use it only to find that it had serial number problems. I emailed them and they eventually got the problem fixed. I got the software to come up, but had a user id/password problem - I didn't enter one because I couldn't get past the serial number thing but it insisted that I needed one. Horrible experience. They performed a simple printing job for my friend’s wedding invitations. At least ten of the invitations were bent in two places. Many of the invitations weren’t cut straight and the paper wasn’t even completely cut off the sides. When we asked about getting a refund they were extremely rude and obnoxious. Then they finally agreed to a refund and after two weeks of no response we called them to find out what is going on. Now they claim the paper was done perfectly and we can’t get a refund. I purchased a Nikon Coolpix S210 for my daughter after researching it in the CONSUMER GUIDE, and getting rave reviews. The first time she used it the camera showed Lens Error and was inoperable. I had ordered a LCD screen for my laptop. They sent me the wrong one. They promised to resolve the issue but in vain. They asked for picture to prove and they were supplied. No response. I then disputed the charge through Pay Pal, but in vain. So I disputed it with my credit card compnay and got my monies back. I purchased Sims 2 double deluxe on gamestop.com. my order was approved as a DOWNLOAD NOW transaction and everything. I received my receipt but now dowload link. so i called gamestop who directed me to a email address for trymedia because trymedia rents space from gamestop to advertise their products. so i email trymedia, never got a response back as to why i havent been able to enjoy what i pd $10 extra to be able to DOWNLOAD NOW instead of making a commute to the store or waiting for it to be delivered. We purchased a boilermate wh-7 41 gallon tank for our in floor heating unit in 2001. Since then we have had to replace the smart control unit three times. now we are looking at other options to replace the tank because we are concerned that replacing the smart control again will not be very smart. I rec msg on tv screen that the lamp was nearing the end of its life. We called Norman's for service. The repair man, Tom, came out and replaced the lamp. When he tested the tv, the tv came on and then immediately cut off. He worked on it a few more minutes. After which, he ran the tv for a few minutes and told me if it happened again to call him. Dell India is known to be very tardy in product support. The problem is that the Company does not beleive in retail marketing of spares and one always has to contact the call centre for buying spares/addressing any issues. As far as the genuineness of the spares etc are concerned, the same is a good model, provided the company has the necessary infrastructure in place. I had purchased the Consumer Priority Service and called them to get a replacement. I ordered a GPS holder and they sent the wrong size. They would not send the right size unless I pay shipping both ways. I sent the model number of the GPS and they still were not sure this would fit my GPS. They said I should measure it to see if it will work. I feel they have no idea what they are selling and they should have paid for shipping for the mistake. I will return the item and pay for shipping and stocking fee for there mistake.
