Since AT&T Uverse Installed their service at my home on Feb. 12 2009 I have been complaining about the audio . I had to connect an alternative OPTICAL CONNECTION IN ORDER TO GET THE EXPECTED AUDIO. I took my Sony Ericsson in for repair at the vodacare shop waterfall mall Rustenburg. I waited 3 days for the quotation and decided to reject the quote of R600. (The phone is still under guarantee) After 3 days the consultant phoned me to fetch my phone and I had to pay a rejection fee of R57. Reported elsewhere as fake storefront. My experience: They advertise that they accept PayPal. Placed an order for a camera. They responded and said they only accept PayPal if the amount is over 5, 000 Euro. They wanted wire transfer or Western Union. I cancelled the transaction. Recommend never using wire transfer or Western Union as you have no recourse. Most scammers want Western Union or wire transfer. I purchased A TV back in 2003. A 60" Hitachi LCD projection. My warranty lasted 5 years. It was up in December 08. During my coverage I had 3 light engines go out. The first time it took them a month to replace it.
