DON'T send them any phone! they will just take your phone and never paid you. The first two times, I've send them cheaper phones which were $15 each and I got their check, so, I thought they were legitimate, then 1 year later, I've sent them 1 Sony Ericson which they claim will pay me over $100 for it and two Razr, forgot exactly how much but the total should be $155 including the Ericson. Advertize an extended battery for a Razr. When it was received, it didn't fit. When I called, they said it only fits the "early models." They conviently left that out of the add. I purchase Bosch washer and dryer a week ago. The washer does not spin properly, thus the clothes are almost wet. The dryer does not dry everything especially the seam and pockets on the pants. You cannot dry wash clothes and towels together because only items close to the sense will dry. So, this is a brief complaint that should be taken more as a warning than anything else. Beware ordering anything from NewEgg.com when it is to be shipped to you via UPS. Purchased a digital video camera (new) and received an obviously used one (poorly packaged, unsealed with tape inside camera of little boy). I recently purchased a Toshiba Satellite A300-1FP Notebook. These are premium computers which are supposed to be of superior quality and receive superior support. My HP Pavilion notebook was returned to HP Service/Repairs under their extended guarantee scheme because of a manufacturer's motherboard fault in December 2008.
