This is just another internet scam. I googled for iomega super dvd driver and I was directed to driver detective drivers for iomega products. They claim you download the drivers you need for free, but what you download is a driver detective program. After you install the program you must register it and here is when they charge you 29.95 dollars or more. Do not fall for this as I did. You will get nothing and they may ruin your computer. On March 18, 2009, Ace traders shipped only 373 pcs computer systems and the amount on the invoice was $25, 456.45. So I asked ACE TRADERS TO GIVE ME BACK my refund. I have been in a customer service field, and this PC WORKSHOP in San Pablo City, Laguna, is the worst of its kind. Just a printer I send for RMA (of course, within its warranty period). I purchased a notebook PC in 01/07 that came with a 1 year factory warranty. Close to the end of my factory (01/08) warranty, I was advised by an HP associate my options on purchasing a 1 yr or 2 yr extended warranty. I was told that the 1 year warranty did not include accidental coverage (water spills, dropping and breaking the notebook etc.) but the 2 year warranty did. My husband bought from Walmart an RCA DVD/VCR Player/Recorder with the capability of bleeping out the bad language in movies and regular television in 2007 for me for Christmas. I recieved the 2100 for Xmas in 2006, with a free traffic for life feature. It was purchased in Nov, therefore the 30 day from reciept had expired. After a long and arduous ordeal, my traffic was installed. It worked for 3 months at a time. I sent the thing back 5 times for repair for this traffic thing that never really worked properly. This time it came back with no traffic anymore. You can't call them anymore. They have deactivated their phone. You have to go online and submit an email. You have got to be kidding me! Months ago I sent cell for cash 3 used phones for them to purchase. Never heard from them again! I tried emailing them with no response. I then tried emailing the corporate office. My email was returned invalid email! There is no phone number on thier website to call. I have since submitted a claim with the better business bureau.
