Purchased aqua fresh water filter WD285 for whirpool 4396508 replacement. Aqua fresh filter sizing was incorrect and caused slow drip leak that caused damage to foors and basement of $10, 000. Have contacted Aqua Fresh and supplier that i purchased from and to date no response. Ridex Plus unit do not work. Since installing 2 units in a 22oo sq ft home I have still had rodents in my home. I went to C-Media website, and it directed me to Driver Doctor to make sure that I would choose the correct driver. After spending a long time downloading the program, it required a fee greater than the price of the hardware for which I wanted the driver. So I refused. I think that the creators of the program had decided that I should be punished!! For when I returned to use my computer, it was if some very nasty virus had gotten in. Many things didn't work. The double speak and off color, slight of hand by MetroPCS about their supposed Family Plan, is so out there I finally had to have a knowledgable rep explain it to me. Most of their factory store reps don't even understand it and can not explain it. When something is that complex then it is no wonder people are running away from it. Bought an Acer computer from Newegg and not sure if Newegg or Acer is the problem but bought on Dec 27, 2008, hooked up on Jan 18 and nightmare began. Bad memory stick so called Acer on 1-19-09, they sent a new memory stick, received 1-31, then new issue so called that day. I received my Statement today and find that £10 has been taken from my account on 31st March and I do not know why. I did buy a Camera earlier in the year and seem to remeber something about Shoppers Discount. I am concerned that a further £10 may go from my account today as it is the last day of the month. The account is now overdrawn as it is only an account we use for internet purchases and we keep the minimum amount in it. I have owned the trimmer for about 2 years. The batteries from the very beginning took extremely on tong to charge. Both took about 24 hours or more. Then after that they take about 24 hours to recharge. They only last a short time and I only have one charger so I have to wait for the other battery to charge for 24 hours before I can complete the job. I bought my GE stove from a local Sears store, I haven't had it a month and it broke. The broiler is faulty. I had only tried the broiler one time which it didn't work. Sears is willing to fix it but I feel the stove is only a month old the stove itself should be replaced. Purchased a Sears Kenmore Elite HE3t frontal load washer and dryer. The water pump was making noises and we called a service tech out to repair. During the repair he pushed the impellar back onto the pump and said "they come off all the time" you'll have to replace the pump with a newer style. I spent $380 to repair the washer. Never would I have thought this would be a washer I would hate!!! Sears just does'nt care anymore about it's customers and taking care of the issues at hand.
