On9/9/08 I contacted WD and talked to Chris about my problem. He stated that my warranty was good until 10/27/08. I then took my hard drive to a local computer repair shop and had my data recovered for couple of hundred dollars. When I called back today I was told I voided the warranty by not having WD or one of their recommended parties retrieve the data. I purchased a New Dell Inspiron 1721 from Aarons (appox 236.00 mo. for 12 months) in Febuary 2008. I got the computer home, wrong charger and files on the computer from Oct 1977. A movie was in the drive. I renewed my My-Faves contract with T-Mobile back in November 2007 and sent in all of the paper work to TLC Marketing and that has been the end of it. I have contacted T-Mobile monthly as well as TLC and have only been thrown back and forth. The only information that I have received is that I do qualify but I have not gotten a booking request form from anybody. It is now October and nothing. I bought a "refurb" server from them. It came in non working. I emailed them for 4 days solid. No response, no phone number. I disputed the charge with my cc company and sent the item back to them. I finally got a refund today from my CC company and this afternoon I received an email from them today telling me that they are sending out a REPLACEMENT!! I've ordered many products from this company. I would give them a 50/50 chance of getting a good product. I know this stuff comes directly from overseas and is probably why it's a bit cheaper. The biggest problem is customer service then product quality. I've requested refunds before and it took a lot of effort to get a refund. I bought a nokia 3110 phone but the battery lasts only a day. You might say it depends on how i use it, well i tried one day not to use the camera nor even listen to any music and on that day, I made 2 calls and received 5. When I use the same battery on Nokia 1200, it lasts not less than 4 days. My conclusion was that the battery is ok but looks like the consumption of the nokia3110 is high. So my question is: why do you give this phone a battery that is not meant for it or rather one that cannot handle its capacity? Why dont you come up with one that is fit for 3110? read full review »

I installed the free version of AVG anti virus. Have not been able to uninstall it since. AVG does not help in any way. No support unless you buy their software. Who in their right mind would buy from people who are creating problems? I took it to Geek Squad to have removed. Made an online purchase for a Motorola L9 Slvr earlier this year. Several days passed and the item was not received nor was there any information online about it. Wrote several times and called as well. Finally they told me it was on back order, which seemed odd to have a company charge your credit card on something that is on back order. I eventually canceled the order and they sent a confirmation email that it would be credit to my card on my next statement.
