On 12/05/07 I purchase an Sun Twin 1500 Elite for $449 after seing the ad in the paper. It was suppose to heat 1000 sf . It does not even heat 100 sf. Do not do business with 101 phones if you need items to come in a stated time frame, or if you order more than one item! If you order more than one item, you cannot trust that you will actually receive all of your items. They have no way of knowing when their warehouses send out only part of an order. They are totally incompetent. They recently changed my husbands tarriff and have informed him that Belfast is a national call and is not considered part of the uk so will be charged at 55c per minute. With the color HP printers, if your toner for one color runs out the printer will only print in black. But if you keep printing in black only, the other colors run out anyway. Is this because the amount of toner is not measured, but counted on the imbedded chip? Why else would the other colors run out without being used?
