We purchase a Sanyo DVD rewrite 500 2 years ago. It went into the Sanyo repair shop here in Spain 5 times in 12 months. Eventually we were told the Lazer had gone and we were not guaranteed for a lazer. However they said the Insurance would cover and we would get a new one. The hardware holding the ignitors has crumbled but in trying to deal with their parts center i was told instead of buying the $1.00 part that holds the ignitor i had to purchase the. I had bought my computer at Circuit City and got the extended warranty on it. Therefore I thought it would be a good thing to take it back to them in case they had to use the warranty to fix it. I have a lot of problems with Orange Broadband taking money out of my account and charging me large amounts of money for services I have not received and refusing the put the money back. We purchased the Amana French Door refrigerator. At the store I noticed that the door did not close completely, and was assured that this would not be a problem. It is a problem. If you do not check very carefully, you can leave the door open all night long or even worse when you are on a vacation. Be weary when buying this type of refrigerator. I have taken my computer in 4 times and nothing is wrong with it. I have had Charter cable come out three times and it still is having intermittent connection activity problems.
