We purchased the washing machine/dryer set in Dec. 2000 and have had nothing but problems with the washer. The pump was replaced twice during the first two years of owning it and then it broke a THIRD time and I threw a fit and demanded they replace my machine which they did. January 9, 2007. HP Pavillions stink and so does thier customer service. I have been having issues with HP's Pavillion "media Center" PC, since 11-26-06 (day after Thanksgiving). Well, the 8 to 10 weeks specified for reimbursement have elapsed. Now comes the tedious task of chasing the bandits. I purchased a tv through Shop NBC in February of 2006. When the tv went bad and I tried to return it Shop NBC told me they have a strict 30 return policy. Back in 4/05 i had dinner baking in oven, and the broiler turned on, could not turn it off. The only way to turn it off was to unplug the stove, when you plugged it back in--Red hot broiler turned on!! Sears replaced the "control Circuit Board" that controls all the electronics. I purchased a PALM LifeDrive PDA from Gizmos2go on December 06 as a Chistmas gift. I called Garra in February of 2006 and explained to him that I had 2 floppy drives on my computer and only one was hooked up. I told him my son built the computer but did not know how to make 2 floppy drives work. Garra told me it was real easy to fix by doing a daisy chain. December 2005 I purchased a front loading LG washer/dryer combo from a local Best Buy. The washer has given fair performance, but the dryer is pure junk. I ordered 2 ink jet cartridges from them. They did not fit so I returned them according to their policy. I e-mailed at least 14 times, sent fax and called repeatably. Today after 5 1/2 months they said they credited me, but there is no credit on my credit card. I have two General Electric Profile Built in Ovens. They are less than 4 years old and have begun turning their interior lights off and on by themselves. On November 16, 2006 I called Aon (the warranty provider for Kitchen-Aid) to inform them that our $5000 refrigerator is not functioning. Today is Jan 2, 2007. I bought a Kenmore Dryer 14 months ago from Sears. It stopped working last week, the drum turns but no heat. When I called for a refund and return authorization number, the SUPERVISOR I spoke to cursed at me, using the word "stupid" and "dumb*ss" when he couldn't talk me into keeping the camera I received. We bought a Whirlpool top freezer refrigerator in late 2001. It worked fine for 5 years but then 1 month after the warranty expired, so did the fridge. I recently bought two PhotoShare Portable Digital Photo Albums for my family from Circuit City.
