I ordered 3 books all titled: Yoga Body Buddha Mind. The first one arrived last week in terrible condition. It was filthy, had old library tags on it. pages torn from the book and hanging loose. The cover was so dirty I actually had to wash it with light soap and water, then to hold it all together I taped the entire cover. The corners were a mess all split and ripped. Jan 31, 2011 I received a notice from a collection agency stating that i owe Hollywood vidio $343.21, when they were closing like jan 2010 I went there to close my account and they said I didn't owe anything and all acounts would be closed at the end of the month. Just received a letter from National Credit Solutions stating the we owe money to Hollywood video. They stated that it was from a late fee back in May 2009--funny I never heard this from Hollywood when I was renting movies from them clear up until 2010 when they went bankrupt and closed down. I went to a web site today and before I knew it it had installed a supposed antivirus software...Adware-Onestep.k It took over my laptop stating I was infected with a virus. On 1/4/2011 Lance Taylor, stating that he was a representative of both Dish Network and Direct Tv, offered me service with Dish Network at a better rate than I was currently paying. After being advised that cable was changing over to all digital signals and that older TV's would have to have an adapter to receive these channels, I wen out and bought a nice Samsung HD flat screen for my kitchen. My wife and I both Got REALLY SICK within an hour of eating at this place. nausea, vomiting, abdominal cramping, and diarrhea, high fever and the chills were the worst! Being a devoted and continuing patron of Rio and having an anniversary dinner with my wife. We were served a fantastic dinner, steak and potatoes along with vegetables, fabulous. Problem, taking one bite we had to stop eating as my wife has heart and lung problems and the food was salty beyond belief. A quote for Auto insurance was given to me at a rate 50% higher than any other quote I received from other 3 other companies including GEICO and Progressive, for comparable coverage. My only real complaint with Netflix is the availability of some new releases and during Christmas I was unable to get the movies I wanted due to "Long wait" times. I have been a Netflix member on and off for the past 5 years. I have only had 2 DVDs to come to me in the mail that were damaged and had to be sent back in that 5-year time period. I have worked at a few fine dining establishments in Charleston that take out the credit card fee from my tips. I believe it should be an operating cost of the restaurant not a fine of the employee. I think if people meant for the money to go to the restaurants operations they should make that available. I am sure that this is legal but it should not be.
