Had a problem with a promotion at Foxwoods. Simply went there and was not allowed to use the promotion. Complained at a later date and spoke to several employees. One employee suggested I speak to another. It turns out since I am not a valued customer with limited points etc. I would not be eligible for anything but what I earned should I used the promotion. I used this promotion that I was not allowed to use at a later date. I wanted something more for the fact I drove an hour and one half each way to use this promotion. Company is $53 just to look at your set (non-refundable). This is much higher than most TV repair shops which charge about $29 for a diagnostic fee. My mom took a thumb drive to a drugstore that shall remain nameless until I can be sure the virus came from there, but she brought the drive home and it immediately crashed her computer. I watched a fully updated copy of Free AVG scan the infection "windo.exe" and do nothing. I installed another free product from antivir.com and it removed all the infections. I just received the complete series of THE VIRGINIAN. The dvds are terrible. The video quality is outrageous. The dvds were obviously pirated off of a tv screen. They are completely unwatchable. Product must run via CD. If the CD gets damaged, even though you already paid for the program, you have to pay another $50.00 to get a replacement CD. I have never had a program that runs on a disc that either could be installed on a drive for usage, or could be easily replaced at little to no cost. I received an email saying that I need to renew my Norton antivirus. I did not realize at the time that I have another antivirus already installed I ordered the Norton Antivirus on Feb. 21, 2010 and was charged 59.99 on my Discover credit card. When I discovered that I did not need it, I canceled the order but have not received a credit on my Discover card. The day after the move, we had Cox connect us but the TV that worked perfectly the day before now has a large black blob on the lower left hand corner of the screen. We signed up for the Dish Network contract for 24 mos. We made a move and called them to have the one free move to set up our satellite.
