I booked a flight for Father's Day for my husband as a gift. He decided he wanted a refund. We started the process to get a refund well within the month cancellation policy. I have made numerous calls and left numerous messages at the number. I was really happy with the customer service at TigerChef. They didn't try to sell me things, they helped me find what was good for me. I was looking for a Ice Machine and I almost bought one for $2, 3oo and the lady explained to my why that one won't be as good for me as a cheaper one. Again, this is a nightmare. My partners were working for construction in the area and had to pick up some food, served by the red shirt lady at this Burger King on Park Ave. She screamed at them because they spoke broken english. She said that they made her drive thru ran slow. There is no need for her to be screaming at customers like that. We are customers and we always pay for the food. The company shopmags.com is a horrible place to try and get a magazine subscription. I ordered two subscriptions as a gift at the beginning of April and was told in 8 weeks they would come. Now it's been close to 5 months and still no magazines. I have contacted them throug email several times (because they refuse to give me a phone number) and have been told they are on the way. I was then told by August they would be here and guess what it's the end of August and no magazines. Big surprise. As a young child I remember that Disney Channel at least showed SOME programming that related to Disney, such as House of Mouse, The Goof Troop, etc. But now I am a teenager who has a little sister that is in love with Disney Channel. I went into this deli because of all the great things i had heard. The old man working the counter (harold white) was terrible!! He made a rude comment and smells like a bottle of RUM!! I was shocked when i later found out he was the owner! I couldn't believe the lack of service the young kid provided as well!!! Several Direct TV sales people promised we would be given the $21 rebate. Direct TV is only giving us a $10 rebate. Direct TV customer service staff claims that since our rebate was submitted while we had the Spanish package, and submitted by mail, and not over the internet, we only get the $10 rebate.
