On the 18th of June 2009, AEREA-SAT came to realign our dish because every time it rains we get interrupted signal. The cost was quoted to be R600, 00. I was scammed by Syn Inc. Kid comes to my door on 7/6/10 asks to come in (very hot humid summer day). He explains everything to me, and is very respectful. I have purchased some movies from this website in February (for 50$). Despite my numerous claims and emails and re-assurance the products will be delivered they had never arrived. The company claimed this was UPS issue, but when I tried to track my parcel using the consignemnt tracking number, I realized UPS has never received any goods. I asked for the refund which I was again re-assured to receive (in June). Now it's end of August, and I haven't received any goods. Nor have I received my money back. I got my service with Comcast in February 2010 after moving into another house. My problem started in June 2010 when I lost have the channels I had been getting. We have one box on the main TV and then just regular cable for the three TV's upstairs (just basic cable for $26 a month). I refer to the response i had received from News Cafe, Firstly we were not wearing tracksuits, secondly there were people sitting at the tables at the entrance wearing t shirts and takkies though they were having a good time and we were told we not allowed in, due to our dress code. i understand and am fully aware of the smart casual dress code, Though there are signs at News Cafe's taht say after 6PM you have to be dressed smart casual to be let in. After fixing a bowl of soup and eating a few bites, I noticed a bug in my soup. I went to the counter to let someone know with the soup in tow, the lady then informs me that it must have came in from the air and it's not their fault. Sorry for being late but I was only able get back the shop on sunday to exchange the scratched dvds.I got there and asked if I could look at the replacment copy from the Clearwater branch to see if those dvds were scratched like the ones I had and it turns out that those dvds also have the same circular scratches but are not as bad as the dvds that were in the boxed set I had bought.I took the replacement dvd set but I said that I would mention this when I replied to my complaint here.
