Over the past 8 years I have seen one of the busiest McDonald's stores in the country gradually decline from a stellar success into a dirty embarassment. Do not buy this product, Nero 9 is a waste of money, when I had an issue with the download and it did not work with Window Vista, I requested my money back, I first called there sales Number they told me that they don’t give refunds, but in the terms and agreement it says 14days no questions asked... When I mentioned this they said they only gave refunds if there was a technical issue... Then pointed me to their pay by the minute technical support line... I bought a mansfield duel drill for a christmas present. I received the drill on october 27th 2009. I then wrapped the present, in good faith, thinking that all parts would be inside the box.The battery was missing when my boyfreind opened his present. As you can understand the drill is useless. I tried to purchace anti virus soft ware. I had to by extra stuff that was automaticaly checked. It ended up being $99.00 and thay sent me a scren with a supposed Liciense key that did nothing. I ordered a movie in late November and received confirmation of it being shipped on December 4. I paid using PayPal but now can't find the transaction on PayPal yet I can see where PayPal deducted the money from my checking account. Belledvd must have received their money or they wouldn't have sent the shipping notification. But it is now January 15 and I have not received my dvd, nor an answer to either of the two emails I sent. This is worst theater ever without A/C system in united states and they charge about $12 for foreign films. Every single time we have to go and tell them to turn on the A/C, but this last saturday 11/15, we had to visit the theater for a new tamil language movie and it screened on cinema 8, the place looks like an uncleaned restroom. I was signed up for this last summer. I recieved the call and went through all the information. I knew I was going to be charged 49.90 every so often for the magazines but they started taking money out of my account two and three times a month and then started taking additional charges on top of that for some other service. When I tried to call and cancel, the line was continuously busy. I tried to call several times a day for a week before I finally just went to my bank and changed my debit card number. They will attempt to do so by targeting well-off neighborhoods with kids who tell sob stories of being in accidents, jail, from broken homes, etc., and selling magazines is the way they can improve their lot in life. I have been getting mailing from this group for years, titled "Notice of Renewal" and showing a magazine I do subscribe to and presenting me with the amount due, who to make the check payable to and where to send the check. In small print elsewhere on the mailing it is said: "This is a magazine subscription offer, not a bill or invoice". Only once did I bite and send a check to renew an existing subscription, but nothing happened. The real publisher later sent me a true bill. I have received numerous phone calls stating I owe money for a magazine subscription I have with them, but they cannot show me proof. I do not get any magazines with them. When I ask why I haven't received anything they say they don't know. They then make the threat that they will be sending me to collections if I don't pay the money of $49.95. I wanted a box set of Boston Legal. The price on Amazon was over $100 so the price at DVD Collects ($50 plus $20 shipping) was attractive. I was poisoned by the vegetable roll at Kung Pao Cafe in Richardson. Sparing the deets, my body rejected everthing 8 hours later.
