I ordered a pizza from this place and it was incredibly greasy. On the 5 min drive home the grease came through the box and soaked into my car seat. I tried cleaning it 2 times and finally had to bring it to get done professionally. It still is stained and my car smells like pizza grease. I spoke with the manager asking him to reimburse me the $35 it coast to get my seat cleaned. Unlike the experience of others in this forum, I have had fairly good luck with PCMover 3. This was a pleasant surprise, as I had not purchased a Laplink product since the disastrous original Laplink for Windows. It didn't work and the tech support was less than useless. I had several technical questions about Active Webcam and the Argus DVR software. After I filled out the online form, it said non-registered user questions are place in a low-priority queue. Fair enough. After two weeks I broke down and bought the Active Webcam. Its been two weeks now as a registered user I have been waiting for a response to several questions submitted several times. I just wanted to open up a whole new look on this stupid rant about the new Burger King ad about Spongebob... Everyone thinks its crude and that they are offended by it. I received a letter dated April 4, 2009 from RMCB (Retrieval Masters Creditors Bureau, Inc) Collection Agency requesting a payment of $29.64 for merchandise purchased from Highlights for Children on September 30, 2008. I refute this claim as Highlights for Children (HfC) has a policy/practice of not sending their products until after they have received the payment. Therefore, no payment will be rendered as I have received no merchandise. I purchased and downloaded this software, (Pinnacle Studio V12.1 Ultimate) which would not install. I spent hours on the phone with tech support, to no avail. Finally, I purchased the DVD disk of the software, which was shipped, and installed properly. Today, Digitalriver sent me an e-mail, advising me that the download was defective, and instructing me to re-download the original purchase. Since by now I had received the DVD disk that I purchased, I had no need to re-download the original software. I requested the Digitalriver refund the original download price, and they refused. After visiting the compositeeffects website ( also known as cfx masks ) I was impressed with the pictures of their masks and the quality of the paint jobs. These masks are quite expensive compared to regular latex masks, but I really wanted to get something top notch. I just got cable and internet installed. When I signed up online I was billed that day for a month of service. This was a WEEK BEFORE installation and setup. After the installation I was billed another $20 dollars PLUS tax on that and the month of service I was pre-charged for. These fee should have been displayed INITIALLY.
