Hello, I have complaints against the 3 sears stores listed above.. First I went to the sale at Kinston. The sale started at 8:00 am. I was there at 9:30 and was told they didn't have the table I wanted. So we called the Goldsboro store and was told they had 3 but when I got to the store they said they didn't have any. I have played on National League of Poker (NLOP) for about two years and until recently the only complaint was slow servers on occasion. I would win tournaments with cash payouts and receive my check within 6 weeks as promised. In the last month it really seems like the shuffling software has changed because I see more bad beats (both to me and by me as well as other players) than I ever saw before by far. $20 Rebate offered at Frys is non-existent. Purchased Adobe Photoshop Elements on 12/15/09 with understanding on box and shelf label that Adobe will provide $20 rebate for the product. Additionally, Frys issued a "rebate" receipt noting where on Frys web site I needed to retrieve the rebate coupon/form necessary to receive the rebate. Two young African American students approached me and explain that they are trying to earn money to better themselves and their lives. I recently went to a Chili's at 4500 Beltline in Addison, Texas. I was a regular customer until May 16, 2008. I went in and ordered my ususal food which was good. I ordered a movie from this company November 22 and received confirmation of payment recieved and that it was shipped on November 24th and would take 1-2 weeks for delivery as it is international. Worked with Blackout and personally met / signed papers with a man named Jimmy Gash. I made a photobook for my vacation photos with Inkubook, never received the book. Waited 3-4 weeks. I don't know if it was a problem with UPS - I have no idea. Supposedly it was delivered here and then sent back to Inkubook (the shipper). UPS said the receiver "refused the package, " I don't understand how that can be unless Inkubook sent it to the wrong address. I ordered Kung Fu The Legend Continues. The dvds are of very poor quality. There are loud screeching noises present on many of the dvds. Other dvds have constant missing pixels which causes interruption of the program. Sometimes the dialog is missing for as long as 14 minutes. I asked for replacements but the replacement dvds are just as bad, if not worse, than the originals. I have noticed that the dvds seem to be deteriorating even more in quality with each use. I installed the Spyware Doctor with Antivirus on 2 of my computers a bit over a month ago and shortly thereafter, my internet stopped working. It took me a while to figure out that the cause of the internet failure wasn't the router, but the antivirus software. Once I uninstalled it, my computers were fine. When I asked for a refund from PCTools, I was simply told that the 30-day limit for refunds had elapsed; however, they had "now canceled the automatic renewal for your license".
