On or about November 17, 2009 I phoned Quest Communications to order transfer of service from one location to the new in Montrose Colorado. During the process I ordered basic cable which was sold by Quest Representitive for $29.99 per month until 2011 as advertised. It was installed on November 30, 2009. I can remember hearing that this was one of the best internet security suites. Like heck! Has started deactivating it's own protection following product updates. I purchased a television from Currys in November of 2008. A few days after receiving the TV, the screen started flashing black pictures on and off. I didn't report the problem immediately as i felt maybe the TV wasn't tuned properly. This is the worst service and equipment I have ever seen. I have had Tivo with DirecTV for over 5 years but wanted to switch to a "complete package deal" to save money. I switched to Time Warner for Phone, Internet, and Cable. What a mistake! The phone and internet are fine but the Motorola DVR equipment is a mess. I have been going to McDonalds at St Clair and Christie for the last 20 years because I live in this neighbourhood. My biggest complaint is that this particular restaurant has many Filipinos working there - and they speak in their own language and treat the other non Filipion employees badly by yelling at them in front of customers and making fun of them speaking their own language. I had a game card and the final date was on the 3rd, with a 1 day credit to the 4th.for there servers going down for 3 days that month. They shut my card off on the 3rd rather than the 4th. My family and I waited for twenty minutes for a table on New Year's Day which was absolutely fabulous. Once we were seated was when everything went sour.
