After being a loyal customer to Charter for over 4 years, I canceled my services today. I had the worst customer service ever. The four individuals (2 service reps and 2 managers) that I spoke with to try get a billing mistake resolved did absolutely nothing to help. I was visiting Echuca and purchased a new Dora DVD for $19.95 and went to the place I was staying and played it immediately. The DVD was scratched so I took it back within 30 minutes of purchase. In December 2007 I signed up for a subscription for the Artists Magazine. It was a Christmas gift from a friend and we filled out the online registration form together (she filled out the payment details). I actually had filed a complaint on the Culver's website on March 1st, but have yet to receive any response. My husband and I usually go to our local Culver's in Owatonna, MN for lunch every Wednesday for their Chicken Salad Sandwich special. Three of the past five visits we encountered very unpleasant large size chicken bones in the chicken salad. My daughter and I went to see a movie and when it was over an employee that hates my daughter and I was standing outside our theatre. They had words and the employee said she gets off at 9:30p.m. We went back at that time to talk to the manager with the employee. My kids and I are watching cartoons when a commercial for Extenze Male Enhancement comes on. It was in the afternoon, not prime time and I've seen it advertised in the mornings also. I received a book ordered from this company that was damaged (Covers and pages "Dog eared"). The package was not damaged, the only conclusion I can make is the company sent it damaged. The packing slip contained an e-mail address for the companies customer service department that I tried to contact. The internet reported back that no such address existed. I signed up with Direct TV through Qwest. I was going to bundle my Cable, internet and phone services, but when the phone guy came out he informed me that the Qwest Internet was really poor and slow.
