Ordered this series from PlanetDVDStore. Got an e-mail back stating the transaction was declined and was probably because of wrong info added about credit card. E-mail said to try and order again, so I did. The second transaction was successful.. Amazingly one day later the sent another e-mail stating the first order was now accepted. They charged me twice. So, I fell for it too! Basically, I thought I was being nice to a young man who charmed his way into my home telling me about his soccer league and his plans to go to England for a soccer tournament. I paid them $2300. to self publish a book and I find out that I'm getting little in royalties from my own book. I could understnad if they published that wihtout money from me. 4/2/09 I purchased Roxio Toast9 at Staples in NM. When I installed it, the Roxio update says that Roxio 10 is current. I called their "Customer dis-Service" department and they said I had to get a refund from Staples, Staples won't refund because it is the most current retail version and Roxio has not released Toast 10 to retail. I stopped my service with Time Warner Cable in January 2009 and had a credit due to me of $122.03. This was because I always made sure I paid my bill on time and the results was an overpayment. I made several call to them wach month (the last on 04-06-2009) and they said the refund would eb cut in 30 days from the close out date (which was in January). But no one could tell me why the refund has not been done now that it's the 4th month since I stopped the service. These guys are crooks! After only having the LN52A750 Samsung LCD tv, it began to automatically turn off and then back on continually untill you unplugged the whole set. This continues to this day as soon as you plug the tv in. It began this on Feb 24, 2009. I have found their restsuatnts to be generally ok but on average about 50/50% as far as food quality, service, restroom and prices are concerned. A salesperson came to our door. We were not interested in buying any magazines. She stated that we could send the magazines to the troops overseas and we made the mistake of chaning our minds. We wrote a check to purchase the subscription for a certain dollar amount. We have the receipt to prove that, but our account was debited for two hundred dollars more than the check. As an employee with the company, I was constantly being harassed by my supervisor. I reported 3 separate incidents to my manager, only to have the supervisor get worse after each complaint because he knew that I was complaining about him. When attempting to voice my fourth complaint to Human Resources, I was fired instead of getting the chance to explain what happened to me. Terrible World of Warcraft leveling service. They managed to not only take my money but get my account banned. So I lost my account and $120 for the leveling service. They care to do nothing to fix the situation. My husband and my teenagers decided to dine at this so called advertised "european" cuisine.When we got there, the menu was actually russian. We tried the menu, caviar, veal, duck...
