Seller is a fraud. They present themselves as the maker of AVG anti-virus software (as well as a host of other software I'm sure) and make it look like you are getting a year subscription with updates to AVG Anti-Virus. Apparently I'm not alone based on the complaints I found on the Internet. It's very simple, on May 20, 2008, I purchased a CD of the Oberon Media game called "Big City Adventure-San Francisco. I was charged but it has never been delivered. I have emailed their customer service many times, with responses of all false promises such as "we're having problems with our CDs..." or someone will get back to you within 12 days. On 11/3, this company ran an electronically-generated paper check for $34.95 through my account. It cleared overnight on 11/5. The address they printed on it was over three years old. They used a random six-digit check number which of course had no relation to any check number I've ever had. I never joined the Columbia House Video Club and my debit Visa has never left my wallet except when I use it to swipe. My account was debited for DVDs so I called the company and several were sent on a new account. Oddly, the DVDs, which are still in the mail, are being sent to my personal U.S. Post Box. My wife purchased a DVD set of the Baby Einsteins collection on 10/12/2008 for $61.90 total (including shipping). I was scheduled to have new TV and Internet installed on Monday the 3rd. I took a half day off from work as I was told my appointment was scheduled in the morning. Today a manager allowed an employee to walk away from me without serving me because I had reported her for bad service. You don't give customers bad soda over and over again then stop serving them everytime they come back. Last staw! I requested a refill and the employee walked away and asked the manager (Stacey) to help me. The manager would not tell me why the employee would not serve me and I told her that that was bad customer service and employees should not be allowed to disregard a request made by a customer. I asked an employee about the new game, Resistance Fall of Man 2, before buying it. I asked if the campaign mode was 2 player and with out hestitating he responded yes. I purchased this software at a very high price of $14, 000. After almost a year of extensive training and trading with the software, and after having lost a lot of money, we finally gave up on it. I recently had a buyer for this software at a much lower price than I paid for it.
