First I bought RegCure, and Pareto PC came with it. As others have indicated, RegCure is useless. Pareto PC is supposed to clean up unnecessary files. When I first used it, I found there was no relation between the files it found and what was actually in the folders involved. I could empty a folder and yet Pareto PC claimed there were many files in it. I ordered books and audio book cd over the phone from an infomercial for Dean Graziozo's Real Estate program and accidentally ordered one too many books. The call alone took forever because of all of the adds to try to get you to order all kinds of monthly billed items which I did not want. I tried to call back to cancel one of the books but had to leave a message and they guaranteed that I would get service within 24 hrs. I am very disappointed to not be able to see the entrance of my country, Mauritius, to the Olympics. Does Astro find that Commercials are more important than my country. There were about 3 cuts to commercials during the ceremony where I am certain other countries were missed out too. The whole world waits for the ceremony in order to cheer while seeing their fellow people entering the Olympics Games in front of so many people. I have sent my Austrian degrees (Masters, Ph.D.) to WES and paid the full fee. Back came a sloppy, incomplete and simply incorrect evaluation. I tried to email - no reply just a generic message. I tried to call ~ 30 minutes of witing time which counted up the longer I waited - so no way for me to call them. While visiting KFC/Taco Bell today, my husband and I noticed black mold on the walls, the ice dispenser and soda dispenser. Along the side of the wall where the drink dispenser is, there is Black Mold Everywhere. The floor is disgusting and filthy with food all over. I will never go back there. Where ever the Manager is of this KFC, he needs to be fired! He is not thinking about the public safety. My God! We take our children there for a quick bite to eat. On Sunday December 23, 2007 my family and I had lunch at Ruby Tuesday Restaurant. When the waitress brought the food out, she carelessly spilled gravy on the $3, 000 coat that I was wearing, and thus completely damaged it. The waitress did not apologize or show any concern. BPs...oh where to start...after working for them for years... I rarely go there. Now, thanks to some employee...idiocy...I will never return! Going to this particular BPs, the service is always crappy, and one employee took the cake!...and my dad's credit card!!! My father got a phonecall from his credit card company asking if he had been in Calgary the past weekend. He said no. Apparently what happened was that my father forgot his card at the restaraunt, the employee took it and spent it until it was declined!!! Rcvd two damages plastic cases containing 20 DVD's each from China. Both cases were damaged. I reviewed the first 10 DVD's of the series and found them to be either blank or faulty. They called ahead of time to say when they would arrive. The only good thing they did was arrive on time. However, the guy had the wrong work order. We explained that we didn't want any new direct tv boxes, as wel already had our own. We just wanted to hook up our existing boxes. My dear friends, I am cheated by Digital Tech Gear, Inc. I gave an order for Sony 40" (Sony KDL-40V3000/US) and the company was not accepting credit cards. They told me to use GreenDot Money Pak (which we are getting from Walmart, CVS etc). As per their e-mail I have taken for $899.99 and sent the numbers. I appled on 21st of July 2008. A VIDEOTRON contracted technician short circuited my illico box, hdmi wire and tv. I have been totally frustrated in dealing with their customer services department for over a month now (cannot talk to anyone in authority). Their excuse is totally bogus, their website for complaints is non-functional and the "run around" is unbelievable . I had the crispy chicken salad with Newmans ranch dressing at !2:00 Noon. At 6:00 P.M. I became bery nausous with abdominal cramping. Since 7:00 P.M. Until now at 10:00 P.m. Called to schedule install with Direct TV and they never came. They calimed we were not home when they came. After 5 hours on the phone with direct tv all they could do is cancel the install. Skylink has not reachable number- just an endless machine. This company already took my direct tv box since it was shipped to them before the istall.
