To make a long story short. I was sold a product I did not want (Trend Micro Internet Security 2008) at BEST BUY. I opened the Jacked but did not download the the CD as the jacket told me to return it to the retailer I purchased it from. We had HD installed for our Direct TV. Installer Edgar #8733 did the installing. He was on time, did a wonderful job and could not have been more pleasant. I have called Ironwood twice since then asking to speak with a supervisor to that I can let them know what a great job Edgar did and how pleased we were with him. Well... perhaps my fault partly but in 2003 installed RealNetworks RealPlayer and didnt realize I registered for membership and just now in 2008 (900 dollars later) determined I was a member... sure, part my fault... but why would they continue to charge my account when no activity logging into there service for 5 years?!?
