I placed an order for a DVD on December 20. On December 22 my credit card was charged and I received a UPS tracking number. However, the order was never shipped. The tracking number from UPS reads "Billing information received" and has remained in that state ever since. It is now January 9th and the order STILL hasn't been shipped. Similar story to all others. These young men claimed to be ASU theater students earning money for a trip to London leaving Jan 27. Selling books to be given to patients at Phoenix Children's Hospital. A good line. I checked the company while I was writing the check but it did not come up until I came back in the house. I bought two of the same lcd tv's made from White Westinghouse. The first tv had little red dots on the screen within weeks of purchase. The second tv made a loud popping noise and shut off, and would not turn back on. When I contacted White Westinghouse they said that I would have to pay for shipping; which would total to over 90 dollars. Ordered Playboy 8/17/07 for my friends 50th birthday. Eight, count'em, eight months later: no gift card, no magazines, no service. After getting disconnected countless times, 24/7 on their "experienceing unusual high call volume" customer no-service line, I punched 1 to "order a magazine"; got through instantly... what a surprise. Told the rep of my problem who once gain transferred me to customer n0-service where, as before, I sat on hold for two minutes and was disconnected. I must say that this was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a bar or any establishment for that matter. Upon a web search for a hard drive cleaner software I came upon a 'Consumers Report' site claiming Netcon3 was a 'best buy'. After eating a Big Mac an hour and a half before, I became extremely feverish, and developed a horrible stomach ache, minor diarrhea, and pounding headache. This lasted for a good three hours and my body was in extreme pain. I took an Advil migraine pill which helped the headache and fever, and the stomach ache to some extent but you can be sure that is my last McDonald's experience. I am from Australia and ordered the complete 6 series of The Shield in July. Although they did arrive the covers were busted and despite assurances they would be region free, I was unable to play them. A few queries later I kept getting assured that replacements would be sent. We are now in January '08 and after seeing other complaints online tonight and I am kissing my $150 bucks 'goodbye'. Ordered the complete Carol Burnett DVD series on 11/20/07. Was sent an email by DVD Compilations on 11/29 stating my order had shipped with Canadpost tracking # with an estimated delivery date of 12/7 or 12/10. After several emails to dvdcompilations with no response our order finally arrived to our local post office on 12/22. It was in a Carol Burnett DVD case, but it is not the complete series. We had lodged a complaint (Complaint number 10638083) with "Dish TV" call centre on 31st of Dec 2007 that 90 % of the channels are not available. As per their standard terms they promised that it will be attented within 4 to 24 hours but till date (4th Jan 2007) nobody has come to attend. Company promises through advertisement (in the voice of Shahrukh Khan) that they give full satisfaction to the customers. Been had. Ordered book on Nov.20, 2007 credit card charged for the book and an "international transaction fee" on Nov.23. As of Jan. 3, no book. Left three emails, tried faxing and left message on only other number provided (1-602-532-7038). Wasn't fast enough to cancel payment, but I cancelled my credit card.
