I am using Sify BroadBand plan for last 8 months and constantly being irritated by the Sify people and there local vendor who sold me this connection. As they are never attending to my complaints on time, i am using a package with month validity in which i have got 1 gb download quota. I purchase the Trutech TV/DVD at Target in December 2006. The DVD stop working in July and now on September 5, 2007, the TV does not work. Target refuse to take the TV back (with the receipt in hand and their 90 day policy had expired). The sale clerk was rude and offered no assistance as to how I would contact the manufacture. Over a year ago I purchased a DVR from Best Buy. The DVR did not work. I was told by Direct TV to return it to Best Buy and get another DVR. I did so, and so the games began. I received phone calls and letters telling me I had to return the DVR to Direct TV. My Sharp Aquos broke down within eight months of purchase. I have tried to get them to send out a repair person. The best they can do is a seven day wait in the Metropolitan area of Riverside/San Bernardino of California. This is unacceptable. On our recent trip to Walt Disney World, my family was almost ran over by a parking lot tram while we (and many other guests) were crossing in a marked crosswalk to the Handicapped parking lot at Epcot. My 78 year old father,in an electric scooter due to his Parkinson's disease, and my 10 year old daughter were nearly hit by the tram. It came within a foot of dad's scooter. A black female clerk/cashier/server at the I-49 Store in Many La. walked away from white customers, after serving black customers in line, only to return to the other counter for another black customer ignoring the customer waiting to order for 10 minutes. My Dish TV Connection was not functioning at all and I lodged a complaint with DISH TV on the 27 -8- 2007. Till Today ie 3-9-2007 nobody has bothered to show up. During these last 6 days, since the service is down, I have called DISH TV regularly but the Complaint has not yet been resolved. There is a show telecasted in a channel called 1MH and the program name is Limca Aaja Nachle. The show is to exhibit the individual talents. I was enamored by the tall claims made by Seventymm and subscribed to the service for 1 month. For the time I used the service, none of the movies that were on top of my movie queue were ever sent to me. For the next month, they harassed me with innumerable calls for the 200 bucks renewal fees but sent nobody to collect it! Our cable has been on and off for about 2 weeks now. Can't watch the TV. I have tried to call almost everyday - usually the phone cuts out before I ever get to talk to anyone. Dec 2004 purchased an RCA HiDef 50" TV - Model HD50DLPW165 for $ 2000. Jan 2006 the lamp went out (apparent common occurrence) which cost $ 300. I bought a dvd from tv box set which turned out to be copied from television/cable broadcasts and not original goods as advertised. It took over two months to arrive, but I was not too worried since any emails I sent were answered quickly. I ordered another copy of the dvd from UltimateDVDshop which has not arrived, nor has any confirmation email been sent to me. I'd assumed the transaction had not taken place but the money was taken from my credit card. Once we realized that mistake later in August, we contacted campaigner.com to let them know about the error but they refused to refund the credit card charges ($320), even if they can easily check that the account was not used at all. I have not been able to access my Real Arcade Game Pass account in about 4 months. I have tried several times, but had no success of opening up the site. Please stop monthly debits to my checking account. I have been in touch with my bank who told me to inform you of my intention to stop monthly payments on gamepass. Seller stopped communicating when I demanded a refund. I noticed that 9 complaints had been filed with the Better Business Bureau which has not been able to contact the seller since his listed address is fake.
