I purchased all new appliances for my Kitchen except the Refriderator. Upon installation the over trim kit was damaged by the technician. They offered to replace the oven or just the trim kit, because of the expected expense to the organization I eleccted to just have the trim kit replaced. That was 10 months ago and still no replacement anything. Stay away from this organization they sell things at a discount but don't expect anything after the sale. We bought a samsung fridge. Atleast most of these complaints received return phone calls. Our fridge started acting up about 1-2 weeks before our warranty run out. to this day which has been several months i have never been able to reach anyone other than a computer and have never had a return phone call. the temp. started raising and the temp. gage on the fridge started beeping continuously. I can not say enough good about A & E Sears. My Whirlpool hot water heater went out 2 days ago. It is still under warrenty. Called whirlpool they had me call A & E Sears for a repair tech. Called June 7th appointment set for June 8th. The tech arrived at 3pm had the parts the heater was fixed and he was gone within 30 minutes!! I received a coupon for $49 in the valuepak mailing to my house and called for an air duct cleaning around June 2009 for $42.00. The tech came in and took a look in my attic at my vents. Barely looking at it for about 3 seconds he claimed I had asbestos without testing. I was surprised myself since I had a property inspection 8 months ago. Unortunately, I made a very bad experience with Coastal Comfort in Ventura, CA. After the regular service of our heating & AC system, we were advised to replace our Germicidal UV bulb. I purchased a top of the range induction hob with a new kitchen from a company called Esquadria Kitchens. The hob was distorted and when fitted had a gap between it and the worktop. Nobody had any idea about wether or not this is normal and it was left to me to find out. I tried the AEG website and found it impossible to send any type of communication to them. Our 4 year old Fisher Paykel wall oven has been nothing but trouble. The cleaning cycle let the oven get so hot that it set off the smoke detector, exterior burned my hand while trying to turn it off, and burned the electronics so bad that it shut off the oven and left the door locked. Once the oven cooled it would not come on, nor can we open the oven. Fisher Paykel will not reply other than to say it is out of warranty. We have dealt with fishy property managments many times bfore. This one just took the cake. London properties owner decided to take off with everyones security depsoits and a month or 2 of rent. The managment went under quickly after. i was at least lucky to have a receipt cause the next management was unaware of the incident and went around asking for peoples rents and why they were late. I bought 2 sets of ULTREX cookware from HSN. One had a 50 year warranty the other a 75 year warranty. HSN touted this cookware as the last cookware you'd ever have to buy. The stuff is crap.The handles are falling apart, the non-stick surface is peeling off and getting in food. HSN didn't do their due diligence in checking out this vendor or product. The Magic Bullet is advertised on TV as being able to slice, dice, puree and all sorts of things. In reality, it is an extremely expensive, poorly constructed mini- blender that lacks even basic blending abilities. It cannot chop or dice any solid food, it simply purees everything into an unappetizing wet mush. Year befor last I purched their elect trimmer and the warranty. The trimmer would not hold a charge, so I took it back the next summer and was told they were having lots of problems with them...so they exchanged it, but the warranty would be used to get a New One! Needed a better filter for above ground pool. Saw the Aquaquik Universal Pool Filter System at a local pool store. Tried checking it out online, but it hadn't been reviewed yet. On 5/31/09, I made an online purchase of a "Critter Can" from Bearicuda Bins that was advertised as "Raccoon-proof" on their website. The can arrived about 7 days later. I would not recommend using Tileworks of Texas. We purchased a granite top from Tileworks. For what they charged and what was delivered this was not a food deal. They gave us a different product that what we had asked for or were promised. I would not recommend Tileworks of Texas for Granite. They are not honest and can switch the quality of the material that they are supplying. When addressing the problem to both the sales person and the manager they were not interested in satisfying us. I had service with this company recently and they were all the horrible things that you expect about a service provider.
