This company took advantage of the fact that I didn't know my furance was 25+ years old and tried to repair it with new updated parts. In the end I was left with a outdated furance with new parts and a total of invoices with outrageous charges for a broken furance. We are experiencing inconvenience due to the absence of hot water. It happened already 2 times. Be VERY VERY careful dealing with this company. You can use their website to read reviews about air purifiers but I do not recommend doing business with them. The owner of this company leads with false pretence. He will give you an estemate and allow you to believe that you will have 3 generations of experience doing your floors. He may even lead you to believe that he will be personally involved in the process. You will see that he will show up in the begining, collect his deposite, and be on his way. If you have a maytag refrigerator with french doors and the right hand door pops open when you close the left- it is a simple fix. ( maybe not that simple -- A& E appliance was here 3 times and couldn't figure it out --- ) . On the bottom hinge- there is a plastic cam (closure) that automatically closes the door. On the bottom of the fridge door is the female portion of the closer Part # 67002732. This should be a one piece sleeve with a cam @ the end. The plastic breaks and the cam is loose in the door. This builder, Spencer Milli, has failed to respond in a timely manner to ongoing issues regarding my home. I have several unresolved issues regarding my new home. Waited...nothing...in one week I called 3 times and emailed (thru their website) 3 times that I would like to set up an appt for someone to come and give me an estimate for replacing the thermostats. I will never ever buy another product with the name INTEX on it. I bought my pool May 27th 2008 from Zellers for 447.00 Canadian dollars. A 15' round metal frame pool. We had Mr. Rooter in to clean out our sewer drain that backed up into our basement. Every time I talked to the tech, the price went up, up, up. By the end of the day the total cost to clean some roots out of the line totaled over $1, 500.00. Mr. Rooter advised that we should replaced the line in our front yard - which we agreed. I ordered 3 burner knobs, at $67 each, for my Viking cooktop and received part of the knob, which was completely useless. I contacted the company 4 times to try to get the additional pieces.
