The machanism on our rocker/recliner failed. The mechanism has a lifetime warranty. On the repairman's second visit (wrong part on first visit, even though we furnished them with the model and serial number), he replaced the mechanism in about 1/2 hour and charged us $150 labor. We recently had our front and backyard done by Alberta Sod & Landscaping Ltd. The grass and rock garden was fine since it was done by another contractor (Brian). However, the concrete contractor, Quintino Caruso did a horrible job. Wine Cooler needs compressor. Part is under warranty but can't locate receipt to prove date of purchase. Told Haier I would pay for compressor. They sent out service company who ordered compressor per Haiers part number. Hi, I am service affected customer. It took 1 month approx to get my product serviced. I had to make nearly 9 calls (svc tkt #.8143 1710, 8153 7238). There is a huge miscommunication btwn the call center and the service desk. These are the same people; Blake Evans and Randall McClurg that we purchased our home from in Florida. They lie and scammed us - did not even address our punch list- left us with costly repairs. I live in this Apartment complex, and from the outside it looks fancy; but when you get on the inside it's the complete opposite. I live in a regular apartment, mold is growing in the walls; bugs get in and the doors are hung wrong. They give you appliances that last for a limited time. I purchased a home security sytem from this company in June 2006. I called them in April to inquire about the expiration of this 3 yr. contract. I was told it would expire in June. Nothing was said about a 30 day written notice required to cancel the contract. Since I failed to do so the contract automatically was renewed for another year. I contracted with BJ Jones Construction to remodel my house. After damaging my house, and doing shoddy work that requires repair, they refuse to correct or repair their damage and poor workmanship unless I pay them more money than originally contracted. They also dug a trench across my neighbors yard--which they had been clearly instructed not to do, hired a sub-contractor to run the bob-cat, then refused to repair the damage or complete the pipeline project or to pay the sub-contractor they hired.
