I tried for about a week just to get basic information from this place about buying a dining table. The employee was very unresponsive and I had to keep recontacting her to try to get assistance. The few responses I did get were very generic and unhelpful. It didn't appear she was interested in our business, so we went elsewhere. This complaint has yet to be resolved. Church Chairs refuses to refund 100% of our money, even though the order has been in since Nov.6, 2009. My roof leaked a couple of weeks after Home Doctors Atlanta replaced the roof on my house. The gutter around the house was also damaged by his inexperienced crew. Mr. Foley did work for us but after he finished the job we found out that he is an unlicensed contractor. Without going into all the details, the work he did was very poor and when asked him to fix the problems he had an arrogant attitude and was not willing to fix the problems. We finally had to contact the contractor's board and were told to file a criminal complaint. When the contractor's board inspector came to inspect his work, he told us it was not done properly and that we would need to have the work redone and to get 3 bids. Had the same problem with Husky 2000 pressure washer from Home Depot . Used for 10 minutes, 1 time, didn't have great pressure, next time I used it weater poured out gun, replaced that and had no pressure. my 10yr old oven will not turn off. I was cooking dinner turned the oven off. The heating element just kept getting hotter and hotter until we turned the breaker off. We let sit for an hour, turned the breaker back on, eveything was off on the stove and the element heated right back up very quickly so I unplugged it and its sitting on my back porch.
