Mr. Jeffery Caccasco of JCSI Certifed Roofing took a check for $15, 000.00 from us for roofing materials. He could not buy the roofing materials because his account was suspended by the roofing accounting department. Mr. Carrasco took the money anyway and NEVER delivered the roofing materials. He has not returned any of our money and continues to have liens and judgement on him and his company for not paying his bills or delivering his terms of a contract. Same complaint with Intex!! I wish I'd read this site before purchasing ANOTHER Intex pump, guess I'll have the same problem next summer. DONT BUY INTEX PRODUCTS. This 2.00 plastic part (impeller)is not replaceable because they choose NOT to give you that option so that you are forced to buy another pump. Word of advice. I pay over $300 a year for a "Worry Free" appliance contract. I was on hold for 30 minutes today to schedule an appointment for a broken dishwasher. The first available appointment is in almost 2 weeks! I will not re-new my service contract with them and I advise others to look for a different service provider. The service was snaking a kitchen drain. The cost -- for a visit of 1 hour--was $371.54! Based on my research online, this is well above the highest costs in a range that starts at $90. When I called for the service, I was told that the visit would cost $79, and tha that fee would be replaced by a standard cost for the needed service, once the service person could assess the problem. We purchased a new GE Adora clothes dryer in 2006 DHDSR48EF2WW. The felt fell out of it 3 months ago and we had to repalce due to noise and odor, the vent area rusted and last week the motor went--repair cost more than originalcost of appliance.
