I ordered a heating mat on March 2, 2009. It came promptly, but they sent a 120 volt mat instead of the 23o volt mat that was ordered. They said they would send out the correct one, which they did, and charge my credit card another $640, which they did. They said they would refund the first $640 back to my credit card as soon as the incorrect mat was returned. Which I promptly returned. But when I received my credit card bill it was still on there. On January 18, 2008, Mr. Bennington (Guardsman Rep) came to my home to investigate the complaint that I had made in reference to the furniture I purchaced from Havertys @ Hilton Head, SC. I was not home when Mr. Bennington came to my house, but my wife was. I requested an estimate for a re-roof from Burr Roofing Co in Darien CT. A manager was sent to my home who looked over my roof (a relatively uncomplicated cape style), and said he would return to take detailed measurements. He never returned, and my phone calls and emails to the company are never returned. I would hate to think of the problem I might have had this company done the job, and I had a problem with leaks. GE Monogram Gas Cooktop
I am so very unhappy about the poor quality of the GE Monogram Stainless Steel Cooktop. Even Plain Tomato Sauce will stain it? I must scrub it after each use or it stains? The Black Grills are so pooly painted that a pot moved on them will also scratch the Black off? I've never had such poor quality at such a high price. Never again will I trust GE with my purchases. I purchased this spa on 7/13/06 from Home Depot in North Myrtle Beach. I heard a whine from the motor that started appx 2 month after installation. I called a few times and was assured my complaint was recorded. Ok, I'm so frustrated and angry right now I'm in tears. I hate when things are so unjust.
In September 08 I bought a Shark Vacuum from an infomercial for $108. They said you could try it for 30 days and return it if not satisfied for full refund.

I was on a budget plan and I had $1200 that they owed me in oil they let my oil tank run dry and did not return my phone calls that we need oil. It was January and our house was freezing So I called another company and they called me back in ten minutes and helped me out. Now Consumers will not give me back my money. Beware. Also when the oil was delivered by the new company they charge me $2.19 per gallon and consumers was ripping me off for $3.89 per gallon all season. Beware stay away from this dishonest company . Kitchenaid no longer offers a blade assembly for what would otherwise be a nice appliance. I am not the only person who has had this issue. It's bad enough that they put a product out with an obvious design flaw, but then they don't offer a replacement part. You have to buy a whole jar assembly. Oh my!!! I wished I reviewed all these complaints before dealing with A&E service repair. NO CHANGE with their poor quality of repair. I am still waiting after a week. Called Whirlpool on Saturday because after 1 month owning this refrigerator the fan goes out. We lost all are food. Whirlpool representative sent us up with A&E on Tuesday between 8-5. Ha! I purchased 5 new appliances from Home Depot in May of 2006, spending close to $8000. The Maytag H2o is a complete piece of junk. I had the first circuit board failure about 10 months ago, with the ice door opening and shutting constantly. It had to be replaced, taking more than a week and two service visits.

This company is charging me over $10.00 per gallon for propane. The going rate if I take a portable tank to a nearby dealer is $2.55 per gallon. This is price gouging in my opinion! My bill from end of Dec. to end of Jan. was $610.00. Had I paid the going rate, my bill would be about $150.00.
I realize that the company may need to charge more since the gas is delivered, and it is much more convenient to not have to deal with hauling propane tanks around, but four times the going price seems absurdly high to me.

As a current tenant of Brookside villas aka The Park at Idlewild. I have unfortunately been a tenant of this slum. A water leak took over 1 year to fix through the course of many maintenance people. Other requests get ignored. 2 weeks would be a miracle. Kitchen is a 1970's nightmare. There is always garbage all over from the unsupervised rug-rats, over flowing dumpster and people to stupid to put it in there. In front or on the side does not count! They are currently in foreclosure and have lost all other properties.

Mr. Wes Prillo, son of Mr. Prillo, now responsible for customer service, promised me 2 other couches mid-December. To date, he ignores my calls and I still have the damaged couches in my residence. In April, I ordered a carpet for $1600 and told it would be here in six weeks. Two months went by and I called the store where they told me it would be another 2 weeks. I started complaining about a problem with the finish. The service department would not return my call and I could not get anyone to come out and see it.
By 2008 I am still getting no response and it is now evident that my whole pool needs to be resurfaced which is very, very expensive.

I have had one of the worst experience imagine with this store. They have proved to be very deceptive to me. I paid for a bedroom set for my daughter at Christmas, did not receive it until February.
