We signed a contract with Claims Specialists International (CSI) on August 30, 2008 to act as our roofing consultant and contractor for an insurance claim to replace our hail damaged roof. I was in the market for a NEW mattress and was introduced to their own line which is produced by Paramount out of Oregon. I have held 3 seperate policies with Homeserve for the couple of years. We had a blocked drain which was causing our toilet to overflow. Homeserve sent out an engineer who agreed that the drains behind the toilet must have some kind of blockage. The drains were behind a tiled wall. We are getting a new bathroom fitted and the tiles and wall were taken down. My Husband and I had all new windows and a sliding glass door and a French door put in our house. When they installed the French doors they were hard to lock so we called them to come and fix it. We bought our home in July 2008, new, from Pulte Homes. It was equipped with GE appliances, and we brought our own washer and dryer, which are also GE. Within six months our dishwasher stopped working correctly. It's almost camping time so I purchased a inexpensive cookware set for camping. The posted price was $17.98. At the register I was charged $44.98 for a set of cutlery that had a shelf price of $22.98 so we had a big deal with the manager checking the price on that. I chose not to buy it at that price. In 2008, we bought a dining room (4 chair) set and a living room set. The first problem occurred after two weeks. The dining chairs began to come loose, and become shaky. Infinity is not holding up the warranty on our spa. BUT nor is Wholesale Recreation where it was purchased. We have called both companies it takes forever for either to return your call and "we're sorry" is all we get. The 2-speed motor bearings are going out. Swimming Pools Etc.com (SPE) should be avoided at all costs. There is no such thing as customer service at SPE. I have had the WORST experience ever with window world of dc. I have experienced the most unreasonable, rude, and unaccomodating service from Customer Service and Store Manager of Future Shop Northland Mall. I purchased an Inglis built-in-dishwasher and 5 year warranty in 2007. In March of 2009 I had problems with the dishwasher not cleaning on the top rack.
